Whole-wheat corn pancakes with wildflower honey, oven-cooked bacon and organic Shade-Grown Mexican coffee in a Mikasa china cup on the table for breakfast.  And Eve’s lights are all in white and teal.

It’s gonna be a good day.  :)

    Teach me how to make proper bacon?! Have you ever had bacon cooked in the oven? It cooks much more evenly than on the range-top, doesn’t require you to stand over it, and reduces the chance of it burning by a factor of 10 or more… :)
